* SESSION: Only 3 children per session. The session will be 20 mins in length. A mixture of natural and posed images captured

​

* RESERVATION: A booking form and non-refundable deposit of £25 are required to reserve the photo session.

​

* PAYMENT: £25 non-refundable deposit to be paid to secure your time slot. Full payment to AJ Feather Photography must be paid the day before the session.

​

* UNABLE TO ATTEND: Please inform AJ Feather Photography no later than 1 day before your session. If you do not arrive on the day of the session you will forfeit any money paid. Any deposits paid will remain with AJ Feather Photography. If paid in full AJ Feather Photography will offer you another session on another date.

​

* COMPLETION SCHEDULE: Digital proofs of the photographs taken during the photo session will be available on AJ Feather Photography website within 14 days of the photoshoot. CLIENT is required to choose the photographs they wish to include in the photography package within 7 days from delivery of the proofs. If CLIENT fails to indicate their preference, the photographs will be chosen by AJ Feather Photography

* PRODUCT: These will be emailed to you in a private gallery to pick and choose which final moments you would like. Depending on what package you have purchased, you can after seeing the final images upgrade your package at any time please contact Arienne at AJ Feather Photography for more details.

* DIGITAL RETOUCHING: Only basic retouching such as colour balancing, cropping, and minor cosmetic alterations will be performed by AJ Feather Photography as part of the photography package. Any major alterations such as background removal will be quoted for and charged separately upon the CLIENT’s request.

* BACKUP: It is the CLIENT’s responsibility to ensure that the digital photographs are adequately backed up after their delivery  (e.g. on CLIENT’s PC or external hard drive). In case of loss or damage of the images, AJ Feather Photography cannot guarantee that the photographs will remain available after a year. Your gallery will expire after this time.
 

* HEALTH & SAFETY: The CLIENT is responsible for the children’s safety during the photoshoot. The CLIENT must therefore ensure that a responsible adult other than AJ Feather Photography or Believe in magic parties is present at all time to supervise the children.

* MODEL RELEASE: The CLIENT hereby grants AJ Feather Photography & Believe in magic parties the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT or in which the CLIENT and his/her children may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction and to copyright the same. The CLIENT hereby releases AJ Feather Photography & Believe in magic parties and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.

* COPYRIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP: Until final payment for services rendered is made, the photographs produced by AJ Feather Photography are protected by copyright law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without Arienne Jonas at AJ Feather Photography's explicitly written permission. Upon final payment by the CLIENT, limited copyright ownership of the purchased images will be transferred to the CLIENT under the following conditions:
The photographs are the property of CLIENT for personal use and for the purposes of the reproduction and giving of photographs to friends and relatives.
The CLIENT must obtain written permission from and compensate Arienne Jonas at AJ Feather Photography prior to the CLIENT or its friends and relatives publishing or selling the photographs for profit.
