It's Saturday and I'm out and about today if you see me give me a wave!

First meet-up today I am heading to a family home to see where the marquee will be put and see the church. I can not wait to meet up and chat all things weddings.

Then back to the office for some zoom calls with couples over the pond to talk about their plans.

What a morning! ✨

I had the pleasure of attending the Leading Ladies event at the beautiful @reymerstonhall in Norfolk, surrounded by the most inspirational women in business. The highlight was hearing from Debbie Trudy from BBC Look East, who shared some brilliant fascinating stories from her life working at the BBC. To top it off, Reymerston treated us to a delicious afternoon tea with refreshments — the perfect way to unwind and connect with everyone.

A massive thank you to @angelaadamsphotographer , Liz, and @alannahharding_ for putting together such a fantastic morning.

I can’t wait for the next one! The energy in the room was incredible — a true reminder of the power of connection and the magic that happens when women lift each other up.

I really did have the best few days in Edinburgh with so many amazing photographers

As we headed out for the finally time to the streets of Edinburgh with @emmalawsonphoto I started to get the realisation that in what industry do you get so many amazing creative people all helping each other. I don’t know of any?!

I felt grateful to be where I was and excused with all the knowledge I’d been given over the past two days and with 18,327 steps already done this day was wondering how I was going to be creative in this session then stepped in Emma and her couple.

Rhi’s couple were so happy bubble and incredibly in love I forgot about everything and just wanted to capture them, there love story and take in the things Emma had set up for us.
Elopements are incredible to capture there is something about just being present with just the couple and no one else around! I loved it!

Watching Ryan take the unusual, the overlooked, and the downright ordinary and turn them into something extraordinary has been nothing short of inspiring.

A styled shoot is a collaborative, creative setup designed to inspire and refine your craft. Unlike a real wedding, there’s no pressure or time constraints, allowing photographers to experiment, take risks, and explore new ideas. It’s a chance to work with incredible vendors, capture fresh perspectives, and expand your portfolio with images that truly reflect your vision.

But what makes it even more valuable? Having a mentor alongside you. Working with an experienced photographer during a styled shoot challenges you to think differently—to seek out angles, compositions, and storytelling moments you might overlook in the fast pace of a wedding day. It’s about stepping outside your comfort zone, embracing new techniques, and refining your unique style.
