An Intimate Celebration at The Stables, The Ffolkes – Hillington Wedding Photography
Some weddings just stay with you. This one at The Stables at The Ffolkes in Hillington was truly special — a day filled with so much love, genuine connection, and little moments that made it unforgettable.
Prep time
The couple opted for a small, intimate ceremony surrounded by their closest family and dearest friends. It felt so personal — like every person there was meant to be part of something quietly magical.
Ceremony
After the "I do’s," we snuck away to nearby Sandringham for some couple portraits. Wandering the grounds — just the two of them (and their dog, of course!) — felt like a peaceful little pause before the party kicked off. There’s something so romantic about walking hand-in-hand through such historic and beautiful surroundings, with nothing but time to take it all in.

Meanwhile, back at The Stables, more guests were arriving, the jazz band was warming up, and the courtyard was buzzing with anticipation. As we returned, everyone gathered, confetti in hand, ready to welcome the newlyweds back in the most joyful way possible — a confetti shower full of cheers and celebration.

The rest of the day was just as heartfelt — full of laughter, hugs, incredible food (yes, there was pie!), and a few happy tears during the speeches. Then came a round of crazy golf and plenty of dancing out in the courtyard as the sun went down.
Evening madness
One thing that stood out was how amazing the team at The Stables were. The staff were not only kind and attentive to the couple and their guests, but they also made sure us suppliers were well looked after too. It made the whole day run so smoothly and created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere from start to finish.
