What is the real meaning of Valentine's Day?

But shouldn't we be doing this more often, not just on one day a year?
I am a hopeless romantic. I love seeing people in love and I believe this shouldn't be done just on one day a year.
If you love someone that much you should show them every day how much you love them. It's the small gestures. Holding hands, getting their favourite flowers, cooking their meal, and finding their favourite thing to watch on tv.
Small, thoughtful gestures can show your partner that you love them, care about them, and appreciate them.
The easiest way to find out someone's love language is to ask them directly. Ask what would make them happy, feel loved, and feel happy if someone did that. Ask how they want to be treated. With open and honest communication, the existing relationship will run well and be healthy.
Once you crack that you know what makes your partner happy and you can focus on those things.
I see a lot of couples every year and seeing how they share their love is amazing.
